Help in making a comic

Postby KuriBear » Mon Sep 12, 2011 11:33 pm

IDK if I would post on here about it.
It is about something creative, I guess.

Well, I've been meaning to start up some comics I've left dead and/or lost. However, I've kind of hit a big obstacle called...
Artist's Block
It's been there for some months. I've got the ending (and the amount of deaths) for one of the comics. But I haven't been able to fill in the gaps, I have some climaxes and important parts done, but IDK how to connect them without making the comic to short. Which is important because the plot is fairly confusing (with background info playing a part in it all) and I need to explain important parts.
If I do manage to finish a certain number of pages and get a positive review from a number of people, I was thinking of selling one volume during a con one day and see how it goes (this is unlikely though).

So I'm wondering if someone wants to help me. Like be a co-author, editor, or something (and kick me into shape because I have a short attention span D| ). Otherwise, that comic is dead/unorganized for a very long time.
...
Well, I do have other comic/story ideas just sitting there >u>;

(lol, it's one of characters from the main cast of the comic I mentioned. Well, he's MCish)

What is it you need help with exactly? Writing bits to connect those important parts you have? Coming up with stuff to draw there?

More of helping with the plot/story itself. Because the ideas are just all over the place (this is what I mean unorganized). And I'm a horrible writer |D

I'm not sure what you meant about the drawing part.

Ok, I wasn't sure if you were having trouble writing the story or trying to illustrate the in-between parts that you hadn't done yet. You said artist's block and then talked about the story, so... XD

I can try and help organize/edit stuff for you if you want. I should have some free time this semester.

Really?
Awesome!
But be warned, if you did try to help there are BL parts |D (being the yaoi-fan I am, but they're not extremely important, more lil' side parts for character BG, so you wouldn't have to deal with them). Except one...but it goes no where :I
And I am SERIOUS when I said everything is disorganized and confusing, my mind just can't keep straight and pulls out random ideas.

Just saying I'm not really worried about that ;D

I thought maybe if you had anything worked out already you could send it to me to look at. Unless it's all in your head. That is, if you decide you want me to help.
