Our Arms
Our sigil represents our origin of bridging Eastern and Western culture. A traditional western heraldic shield is crowned with a mantled Japanese bushi helm, with a charge of bamboo leaves and cherry blossom in a traditional Japanese mon pattern called a sasa-zakura. Properly, the heraldry is Quarterly purpure and sable, a sasa-zakura argent, and a bushi helm mantled argent, doubled purpure. The mixture of Eastern and Western influences is in line with our hope for cultural exchange.

The next Mu Epsilon Kappa Society gathering will be Summer 2008 in Dallas, TX at A-Kon 19.
